Privacy Policy

What we collect

Nothing. The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The location, school type and other values you enter are never sent to a server we control, and are not stored after you close the page.

Third-party requests

To produce a result, your browser makes requests directly to:

• Open-Meteo — receives the coordinates being looked up in order to return a forecast.
• Zippopotam.us — receives a postal code, only when the main geocoder finds no match.

These services see your IP address as any website you visit would. Their own privacy policies apply to those requests.

Geolocation

The "Use my location" button asks your browser for coordinates and requires your explicit permission. Those coordinates are used for a single forecast request and are not retained.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Children

The site is aimed at a general audience and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.
